I've some problem with my online 90 days report. It's my 2nd one and I wanted to do it online to avoid going to immigration....I filled up everything correctly, submitted it but then nothing happened, it just put me back on the same page... I tried with my old passport number (as I changed passport since I entered Thailand for the last time), same, nothing happened... My friend had no problem doing it, but nothing for me. He also tried with my details, nothing...
Any idea why is that so?
TIA :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with submitting their online 90-day report in Thailand after changing their passport. Despite filling out the form correctly, the submission leads them back to the same page. A comment suggests that the problem may be due to the change in passport, which means the new passport number and TM6 departure card number might not be in the immigration system. The commenter advises that the user should visit the immigration office to have their details updated.

You changed passport, this means your new passport nr and TM6 departure card number are not in the system. You have to do the this report at Immigration so they can update the system.
Visit your Immigration Office and do the 90 day report there, they will update the system with your new passport number. You can even ask them if you can do it next time on-line.
That makes sense now. So where am I supposed to update my address and so on when I go there? Then I won't have to go there unless I need to extend my visa
Within 24 hours after arriving everybody staying on a private address should be reported at Immigration. More and more Immigration Offices want you to come and register again if you enter Thailand after a visit abroad, this to update their database. If details change like new passport, you have to update at the same desk before you can use the information in the database doing 90 days reports online. If it does not match the online system does not work.
I don't get that because I went to transfer my visa on my new passport, they stamped everything on the new one and they saw it when I did my 1st 90 days report...
Strange part of computer database is they need to be updated with new information before it can be used. a New Passport has a another passport number, so you visit Immigration to update their database. It is the only way Immigation would know that you have a new passport.
