Has anyone applied for a DTV visa once and been rejected, then applied a second time at another country's embassy and was approved?

Hi I am interested in applying for a muay thai DTV soft power visa. I want to find a gym in Pattaya. I found these two gyms but am not sure about their reputation or if they are legitimate in regards to the visa process and sponsorship letter.

Does anyone have any experience with either:

1. Battle Conquer Gym

2. Fairtex Gym

If not do you recommend a muay thai gym in Pattaya.

which bank do you recommend to open an account so i can arrange my retirement visa? Apparently the banks don't want to open an account for foreigners at the moment?

My 90 day reporting is on June 29th,2025.

I will cancel my extension on June 23rd and leave Thailand on June 30th. Do I still need to do 90 day reporting?
