First time entering Thailand on a DTV. Can I use the Laos–Thailand border crossing for entry? Will there be any issues getting the 6 month stamp?

Has anyone successfully managed to get a Thai driving licence whilst on a DTV? And if so, could they tell me how (DM me if preferred). Not looking for feedback on the ins and outs or pros and cons, just how to get it done, ideally via an agent to take some of the hassle out of it. Cost isn’t an issue, time is.

Hmmmm looks like the paper visa’s are indeed a thing… arrived at BKK and yes they did ask for it even though it says it’s E-Visa!!!!!

Is there a fee to file the TM30?

So I new to this process for the Softpower ( muy thai ) visa. Does this notification mean we dont need to go to embasy to get approved? Do we just provide the douments needed online and no longer need to show up in person? Can amyone shed some light on this? Thanks

I know the freezing of funds for visa related bank balance certificate at Bangkok bank has been done to death, but I was in my local Kabinburi branch and decided to see what they said, they told me pretty much what's already been shared, however, they then said it did not apply to my account because its older than 4 years. I'm looking for recommendations for Muay Thai gyms in Chiang Mai that offer BEGINNER classes for the over 50 crowd, I mean BEGINNERS beginner. That also do DTVs.

I would attend every class, but I'm a slightly older person who hasn't done any workouts in probably close to 3 years.

I will being going to Chiang Mai on a visa exempt for 60 days to check out places for muay thai and language school and then will hopefully apply from Hanoi.

When applying for DTV it asks for proof of current residence. If I’m in the U.S. could I just scan a photo of my drivers license with my address on it?
