You actually went to Canadian Embassy and asked for a gauranteed letter of income? I had an appt at the embassy a few months ago and was kinda of easy on going there because of the situation. I scanned them the 3 or4 papers of my pensions and made payment by credit card and 2 days latter i had the letter in the mail and immigration had no probleme accepting at all...this was at the end of August.
Thats what the agents do....i paid an agent to get my thai drivers license and when i got to the office i went through the paperwork and found a forged doctors appointement with my height, my weight and i even had a blood pressure noted....never seen a doctor.
