You are so so right. I have always dealt with the immigration office with a great deal of respect and curtesy. People there have always reciprocated. Yesterday the officer accompanied me out to my waiting car.(I use a walker ever since my motorcycle accident). He practically carried me out. Be kind, it's just the right way to be. They said new supervisor! Not being the type to stir things up, I just accepted it, went home, and printed last years bank statements. Wife went back on her own and today I have my one year extended visa, so all is good.
