This site is useless..a few queries are answered too, most are not receiving a reply or declined. Every individual has issues with Thai immigration no matter how small or complex the problem may be it's still a valid question in the mind of the OP.
Over and Out...good riddens.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expresses frustration with an expat immigration advice group, labeling it as 'useless' due to unanswered queries and perceived declines. Despite the user's complaints, several comments defend the group, highlighting the accurate advice provided and the dedication of moderators. They suggest that the group offers valuable support for navigating Thai immigration, particularly emphasizing the importance of inquiring at immigration offices for specific cases.
Folk's... it's been an hour since I posted his question. I believe that he has the answers needed for his question.
He needs to visit the Thai Immigration office in Phuket. They can advise him what he needs to do to get the one year extension of stay as retired.
If he has further questions, please PM me or a Moderator. We will try to reply.

IF the OP was living in another province and obtained the one year extension stamp in that province, then moved to Phuket, he needs to file a New TM30 address registration for his Phuket address with Phuket Immigration office.
I find this group is very helpful and informed on the subjects that are presented to them so if you don’t like the answers you could always go back to before this page was set up and pull you hair out trying to get some form of information that was anyway near correct
I tried posting a few questions here and I'm pretty sure all were declined, and that's fine. When I looked at the reason why I was declined the reason is clear and I've received an answer from admin to the question asked. I think this is a great group, administered extremely well, but probably most suited to grown ups.
Oh wow complaining about a Facebook page that gives a service completely free….. plenty of lawyer and agencies out there that will help you out for a fee! It happens to me that I ask a question and it doesn’t get answered… so? But the help I got from this page is invaluable….. I can’t believe that someone is actually complaining about a free page…
ikr? I’ve received so much help from the folks who donate a tremendous amount of time here. Sure, there are some trolls whom I could do without, but the great helpers make the annoyance well worth tolerating.
I have used this site a few times and all the answers to my questions have been correct. I really appreciate all the work the admin does for free to help me and others. Sorry you feel the way you do.
I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it.
I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon and stand the post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think you're entitled to!
Or, go to an immigration office and speak to officers... ? This group gives a ton of good FREE advice.. no like, ask agent or, go to immigration or get tons of incorrect answers elsewhere in the troller groups.. have a good day.. bye bye!
These are the common found requirements for the one year extension of stay as retired. Be sure to have a TM30 address registration on file with Phuket Immigration. AND your 90 day report filed as required EACH 90 days.
Suggest you visit Phuket Thai Immigration now... Ask them for their list of requirements.
I suggest some may be better served seeking answers from a ‘pay as you go’ service. Free is free people helping and supporting others is free Get human.
