flying does tend to create any issues that I'm aware of. Land crossings at certain places can be. I'm flying to Vietnam for a couple of days in December for the same reason and don't anticipate any issues

You will have to leave and reenter and get stamped in again for the 60 days if your paperwork is not completed in time

problem with opening an account far from home is that when there is an issue, you may have to go into 'your' branch

I found Bangkok Bank on soi baukhao very easy to deal with, even on a tourist visa.

it literally takes 2 minutes, if that 🤷‍♂️ ibsupposecit depends whether or not the landlord has more than 1 property and whether or not that landlord sets up a different account for each property. I only have the one property but I know that on that account I can have multiple properties registered. 🤷‍♂️
