no. evisa site will have one field for location, and while in Indonesia or Vietnam you can attach hotel or entry stamp, in Spain here you should upload only residence permit.

If you do not have legal residence in Spain or Andorra, you cannot apply for a visa at this consulate. If your nationality is not Spanish or Andorran, you must present your NIE (National Identity Document) or residence card for Spain or Andorra.(C)
