yes you can if you do full test in Thailand you can get a licence regardless if you have one at home. Just don't get it as easy.

just leave get stamped in for 60 days go immigration get 30 extension each time. It's a muli entry visa gives 60 days every time you re enter thailand

the visa is valid for 6 months arrive get 60 plus 30. Depart come back get another 60 plus 30. Then if you leave and come back into Thailand the day before it expires you get 60 days plus 30 day extension. Hence nearly 9 months

OK so beware of the 30 day extension plus 60 for thai family does not take you past the 3 months Chris hate to see you loose it after the pain to get it.

Is there a time valid for the Non O visa ? If there is make sure you activate it before it expires or you loose it.

Many visa are only valid for 3 months to be entered on to activate
