 ok so can depart before his stamp expires. Come back get another 60 days can extend 30 days. Can leave again and return on 12th May get another 60 days and go for 30 day extension thats what many do with the metv

 Not completely wrong for your information. If your arriving visa exemption not applied for visa then you would not know what they embassy ask for when applying for a visa because you not applied for a visa.
