Had to happen, eventually it becomes obvious your not a tourist. That's why I got the OX 5 year visa to avoid this happening to me.

As Garrett advises now go for exempt then the marriage visa.

 my first year is up and surprisingly they didn't ask for proof of insurance. I did have it ready expecting to be asked.
