your obviously a lawyer or think you are. If you transit in a country you have not arrived in that country otherwise you would need a visa in some countries to do so.

ha ha incorrect but i like the idea, once you pass through and have passport stamped your airside in no man's land so they have already left Thailand prior to plane departure

you dont from Australia, we can get the OX 5 year retirement visa and leave our money in Australia banks, can even get it on salary if you earn more than 5000k a month via our Sydney Thai Consult, many countries have different requirements
