You will not lose any days, because you are not changing extensions. You get your first one.

In other words it starts when your entry stamp expires.

You write your name in Russian letters.

If you are here on a Russian passport, you are not here on a visa exemption stamp.

But on a visa waiver based on a bilateral agreement.

There is no 30 days extension available for that.

A 60 days "covid-extension" would be your best bet.
