i already had 60 days and extended for 30 i was heading to kl to get another 60 on way back in but was only needing 30 as my flight home was in the next 30 days ,they wanted see my home flight details but i got the 60 .this was last time after covid they done the 60 days , the young guy on desk was being awkward but a superior over ruled him and gave me the days

Id be amazed if they ask u for Onward travel proof.they usually only ask if u been in and out Thailand a few times.ive only been asked once and it was because I flew to kl and back same day and I'd already been in Thailand a few mths .still let me bk in but I did have a flt bk to UK a mth later

after your 90 days u need go out and come back in then u get 60 again and can extend 30 again. thats 6 mth and its what i do,

Never had an issue fit internet in the houses I've rented in Phuket.internet is good in Thailand.better than UK and a lot cheaper.im v happy with true move.when there is an issue they give u free internet for your mob so your still on line till prob fixed.its👍

im still resident in uk and pay tax there ,i dont live in thailand but i did used to stay 6 mth now and then.not any more

im cutting thai trips to 5 mth a year so no issues there. already booked for phils for my last 2 mths this coming winter.why wuld any 1want pay tax twice when u have already paid in your own country haha,

read the next line.im staying thailand 5 mths from now on .plenty other places in asia spend a mth or 2.i already pay tax on my pension.ther is no way im paying twice

im keeping my trips in thailand below 6 mths from now on . phils is nice and cheaper in march april and 75 to the £ mmm,its thailands loss not mine

easy to use a non thai card to avoid tax.with wise u can keep several currencies on your card .yep there is a charge but prob cheaper than paying 30% tax.dont think the new tax has kicked in yet anyway as if u put cash in bank before it starts that aint taxable

they didnt ask for proof?.it is easy if u get hotel make u a lease for 6 mth or more . i stayed hotel when i first got 1 but was more easy bk then
