I asked the immigration and they said you have to go to the country you applied, and cancel there

As long as you have payslip from those platforms I think you can apply. You have to give tax again in Thailand too.

yes. I asked my doctor to write me a recommendation letter for visa purpose. And got some papers on my medical history too.

It would be best if you have treatment history in Thailand. It’s some sort of medical tourism. I got mine with medical and I have history, and one prior appointment letter from the hospital.

I think you can go for medical route, my doctor wrote one more month, but I’ve attached my previous appointments too, so embassy will know it’s not just a random issue, and will have more follow ups along the way.

Health conditions that I actually have which I don’t want to share publicly. Not cosmetic/dental procedures

yes it seems like that to me too; that’s why I chose this route.

you just need confirmation letter from your doctor with Hosptial letterhead, and an appointment letter from the Hosptial. For the letter, you can simply ask them to write you a letter for visa extension. They will do it for you.

Then make a follow up appointment.

If you have ongoing medical history in Thailand, it would be the best. I have on going treatments so it was really easy for me.
