Anonymous participant 875 Im parking remotely on my business in the uk, so not actively doing any courses. My DTV visa was accepted straight away and had no issue, I’d be even happy to be taxed on my uk income in Thailand as apparently you can’t be taxed twice ?

If the DTV is made obsolete, do you think they will honour current DTV visas

thanks very much for the info James it’s a great help. I’ve applied for the DTV visa here in the uk, I’ve been asked for additional information but sent that off.

My partner has applied for the guardian visa for my daughter who starts school on the 14th August. It does seem like a very complex job to get to stay in Thailand, which is great that they value their security and borders.

thanks for that, it’s crazy that this is the route I have to take. We travel on the 3rd August and my daughter starts headstart Phuket, my daughter and partner go on ed visa but only one parang can apparently go that way, I’m a uk business owner and will be working remotely so I felt this was the best way to get a visa
