Vaccine certificates are BS. The Pfizer vaccine will protect you from getting sick but there is no scientific proof of you not getting infected or transmitting the virus. As for the Chinese vac against Pfizer vac. The devil is in the detail. The Sinovac vac is according to western news only 50% effective. In this calculation they have however included people that got very light symptoms after vaccination. If this same standard is used in measuring the Pfizer vac you must include more than 3400 people that showed light symptoms after vaccination in the trail. This will bring down the effectiveness of the vaccine to the about 60% level. But as Pfizer has refused to release raw data and as their trail has never been peer reviewed the lie will live on. that is what I said he must be there for the tests, he cannot skip it. If he however skip this his DL will be illegal.

You must do a test, watch a video (in person) and get your photo taken. How do you think it will save you time and still obtain the DL legally? If you skip the video and the test it will be at your own risk of having an illegal DL. If you are involved in an accident this could backfire badly with insurrance and legal claims. Sometimes it is just better to do things the right way.
