I got mine this monday - as you apperently apply 1. time - else you would know 1. first 800.000THB in thai bank 2. a photo 3. Certificate of residence - 4.copy of pasport + visa + E-Visa 5 sign everything with BLUE INK !!! 6. be preparred that they keep your passport at least over night ( so you can fist apply for re-entry when you got it back - if you go to travel !) - good luck ! IMM is not for loosers - remember to be nice :-) Dress well !
