Interesting. I never update my bank book except on the day of my extension application. There is nothing in the bank book to compare too. I doubt I have three pages filled after 6 years. Good luck.
At Chaengwattana you do indeed bring a hand drawn map of where you live. My condo was at the corner of Sukhumvit and Soi 71 so I drew the small area of Sukhumvit, 71, and W District. I labeled my condo on the map. You can use Google maps to research the street names. I always brought a hand drawn map but you could also print out a Google map and keep it with you if that is what is asked for. It never hurts to bring too much and is a PIA if you don't have what you need.
You might also want to look at the new 10 year Long Term Resident visa. The information is on the Thai Board of Investment website. There is a category for pensioners.
This morning's confusion is that I gave them my last entry stamp in 2019 but they thought I might have left and re-entered Thailand since then. I had not. I just sent them all my passport pages, even the final blank pages, since my Sep 2019 entry so they can see everything. I also sent my TM6, front and back (which has an ink stamp). They also wanted to see my most recent 90-day report. This is all the stuff an immigration officer would be looking at if I showed up in person.
