My Lloyds Bank declined payments made to booking dot com because an increase in fraudulant activity. They blocked the card.

Contact the supplier of the card and ask.

 no from Heathrow. It was just generally poor service. In the "old" Doha airport had one toilet it appeared. Also was in the industry and knew how they treat their emoyees.
