Well I have just done Vientiane. Spent two days. Get an e-visa and a hotel near the night food market. They wanted to see my outbound flight.

that maybe but why? Maybe multiple attempts, their dress suggest that lack money and may work, no onward ticket, etc etc. IOs in any country are not stupid but seen enough to know that people think they can trick them. Nope.

I retired 8 years ago and have no intention of working again. Probably should enter with a limp, cane and a Zimmer frame!!!

But still at the mercy of the IO.

I will not be staying an extra 30 days. Have a 1,500 hike, Lands End to John O'Groats to start. Then I will crawl back to Thailand if I survive!!!!😀🤣
