Why Am I Having Trouble Submitting My Online 90 Day Report for Thailand?

Hello. I'm not sure why I keep getting rejected when doing the online 90 day report. It keeps saying- "This online application can be submitted 15 days in advance until the due date of notification."

I have already submitted it twice: Jan 14 & 16.

My due date is Jan 28.

Am I understanding it wrong? Does it have to be before 15 days of due date?

If it’s your 1st 90 day report (or your first from returning back to Thailand) then the report will need to be done in person.
