TLDR : Answer Summary
The earliest you can apply for a yearly extension on your Non O Visa based on marriage is when you have 45 days or less remaining on your current stamp. The processing time includes an under consideration period, which may involve a home visit, lasting between 2 weeks to 1 month.

You can apply when you have 45 days or less left on your existing stamp.
There's going to be an under consideration period where they may come and do a home visit. I'm just not sure how long the under consideration period is. Somewhere between 2 weeks and 1 month.
the under consideration stamp is typically 30 days, but right after covid ended they were doing 20 days because of the extra work load with people returning. From last reports it's back up to 30 days. I'll know more in September when I extend mine.
. Did mine 2 weeks ago. Consideration period is 21 days in bkk now. Was last year too.

Thanks! Mine expires July 30 so I'll be going in June 15th. Hopefully it won't take more than 30 days. I got a flight out end of July. Required documents are the same as original non o visa, correct?

Ralph De La Paz Bring proof that you are leaving the country with you and explain to them that. If you ask at the time of application sometimes they can adjust your consideration period based on those circumstances. But if you get the under consideration stamp and try to get it changed later it's already too late to fix it.
