I heard people when upset threatening to move to another country but yet to hear or see anyone actually moving. No where is perfect but it's important to follow the rules and news, been here over 20 years and yet to find anther paradise

Yes one friend was angry and asked me to go with him to unlock his bank account. Found he had not followed the requirements (been online dozens of times for 6 months) phone number wrong, new Sim never registered it to passport nor bank, also moved condo and now advised change of address. Many are self inflicted and appears to be those who used an agent. If you bring funds, follow the procedure no problem

Does the condo have a reception or a juristic office, maybe they can receive the rent for a small fee then you collect at your convenience. Obviously, a yearly contract would resolve that. Tenants are normally responsible for the utility bills

try another bank! You need certificate of residence from immigration plus proof of ownership

Email and ask if they are approved. One i know even in Khon Kaen is approved but its certainly not a tourist area

Reseach online what type of course you wish to do, find the area you want to stay in and then contact the ads for prices, enroll, pay and get receipt
