The problem is with all the information around which are against each other. Vientiane english Thai embassy website version is in Thai. Also please don't forget that with the time and experience many things are became obvious and silly. Have a great day.

Thanks guys for all replies! So I got a visa and I didn't have to show return ticket. It went really fast. I'm just surprised I've got visa valid till November 6th. Im pretty sure it should be for 60 days not 90.
