l will transition from a retirement Visa to a marriage Visa with my Thai wife which has a lower threshold of income. It is very easy to live in Thailand if you follow the immigration laws however sometimes they are under the interpretation of the immigration officer you deal with. If you do everything correctly, the immigration officers are fantastic and more than willing to help real people. They want to live in Thailand for the betterment of Thailand.

yes l had all requirements for a retirement Visa in Thailand proof of earnings from overseas a bank account a drivers license and proof of residence. Sometimes it is hard for people under retirement age to provide all this information but now in Thailand they have given us so many options are special for people under retirement age.

Before l got my retirement Visa last year I did the 60 days then the 30 day extension and flew to Vietnam for a week and return to Bangkok and was given a very hard time about a 60 day non-Visa entry and they said they would not issue another one. It all depends on the immigration agent that you get., however with all the new Visa options they are really starting to crack down on border runs and 60 day re-entry

You need to Thailand bank account and then transfer your money through Wise or whatever app you are to transfer your money into the bank account. Be over 50 years old are you good to go? It’s not hard to do in Thailand. Just get a Visa company pay 10,000 baht and they do everything for you. It’s not hard really.

Easy must be 50 years old and place 800.000 bath in Thai bank account. Just come to Thailand and use a visa agent, you can do it yourself but can be a nightmare, the chicken and the egg fable

Once again this person is talking about being added to the house book in regards to his TM30 as he will clearly be living in a Thai household. What is wrong with you. Do you live in Pattaya in a condo without Thai family?
