I entered on a 60 day visav1st Jan, came back to the UK end of Feb, lasted 5 days and returned on a 30 day waiver then extended 30 days.

Based on that your fine. Or get another 60 day visa if you want to wait. Enjoy

The EU has some of the strictest laws, every country requires registration of vehicles otherwise your illegal. If these are your morals just buy the bike and run all the risks and fines in Thailand as you would in the EU.

a good idea, refusal to pay anything is a big no, paying what you feel you used based upon history is another, debate the rest with them afterwards.

Your ticket supplier will have notified you if through luggage or if needs to be collected, no one can tell you

From reading, you can have any type of ticket pre booked to leave Thailand.
