Get freinds to go to the shop on the pretext of repair or service. Then just before purchase they say is this not the shop that dropped someones computer. Then they walk away. Be careful with slating them on line though due to Thai law.

I have had a few issues not as concerning as yours. I have refused to leave the shop and stayed by counter threatened police etc . Always won the day.

My Thai wife problem with new phone etc. She insisted and threatened police. On Thursday she should be receiving new phone and money spent on repairs.
