I was told 7 to 10 days. Hasn't been 10 days yet. Think it will be a minor miracle if is working again after 10 days

Bite the bullet and use an agent. If you can't afford an agent how are you going to afford up to 800,000 baht sitting in your account

Why is it so difficult for LTR visa holders to open bank accounts in Thailand?

A lot of the smaller branches have not felt with it. I tried to open account in phitsanulok and they had no idea. They pull out the book of rules. I ended up just walking out after about 20 mins
