exactly it comes down to the check in person and ground staff. Some of the worst advice I’ve seen on this forum is ‘call your airline and ask them’

go and talk to the office and see if there is another solution. Water is cheap in Thailand so maybe the landlord will work with you on some solution such as paying an extra ฿100 per month
