 that not entirely true. If you talking about ofsetting the 400k by income they don't see wages you have show tax code for that money

How about in my situation. Only parent of a thai child living here have all court documents.

On family visa.

But I'm thinking what IO would refuse me with my paperwork.

Just the 400k is basically dead money.

 I would just take him out on his British passport he dual nationality I will never have an issue traveling with him and haven't seen far for 7 years. He has both passport withy last name as if I be question by any country with this document tbh.
