I usually do online check in for both flights and print off

my boarding passes before I leave home to Phuket Airport.

Yeah the reason I ask is because this is what I did on the same border bounce around 5 years ago. It was successful, back into Phuket they didnt bat an eyelid. Maybe they missed the fact that there was no stamp from Malaysia on entering and I was just lucky.🤷‍♂️

Take a look at the O-A visa. It may be of interest to you. You can get a 2 year stay out of it.

You may get 60 days on arrival then you can extend that by another 30. So there is 90 days. Then do a border run and repeat. So you could get 180 days.
