OK..so I'm thinking of subletting my apartment and going on a tour of Thailand for the low season, staying in cheap seedy resorts etc π. I understand that when I check in, the resort scans my passport and sends a copy to Immigration..which effectively reports me in at that location. So, how does this affect my 90 day reporting at my local immigration office,
( Phuket ) or do I not have to report there as the resort has already notified Immigration of my whereabouts?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is considering subletting their apartment to travel around Thailand during the low season and is asking how this impacts their 90-day immigration reporting, given that resorts report guests' locations to Immigration. Comments suggest that moving around is fine, but they should still report their Phuket address when due, and there's mention of the TM30 and whether 90-day reports can be done online.
