well that is entirely up to you of course, but immigration will want to see the money in a Thai bank, they aren’t interested in investments.

Try a dodgy visa agent, but if you can’t afford only 400K you shouldn’t really be here in the first place

Do I need to bring my children when applying for a marriage visa extension in Thailand?

We have never been asked about our children in all the years of doing my extensions based on marriage, and probably just as well as they are 33 and 25 years old and both live in Australia. Children don’t matter when it comes to extensions of your Non O visa based on marriage
