not the best use of words,but you seem ignorant.Last month I met a Russian in Kuala Lumpur begging for money.I bought him a beer and he told me his story that he fled Russia not to be sent to the war when he finished his studies.A war he didn't support!This guy asking here is from Sudan,and if you watch the news it's maybe not strange people get stranded in other countries without the same possibilities than you and I with Scandinavian passports......

to be honest no,so many different people and questions being asked here.That someone asks for sponsorship because of their conditions in their home country wouldn't surprise me at all.If he means if someone knows about a agency in Cambodia he should just ask that.
