If finances don’t prohibit then why not do the Elite and come and go as you please. Many years all at once and no worries about bouncing or visa runs. One time get it for 5/ 10 years or however many years.

If you wanting to kill mosquitoes then you need to use an attractant to draw them in. The light alone won’t attract mosquitoes. The light will attract flies , moths and a few other bugs that enjoy the light.

no need. They did it for you. Basically they transferred your TM30 details to their new system manually when you reported in person.

They didn’t port any of the TM30 data and that was updated in December. Did mine last month and many people were also there with the same story. Online was rejected but nothing extra was requested to complete in office. Like you say they had to manually input something to make it all work again online.

you still have to approve any medicines or procedures no matter your insurance status. Taking your experience from some other country and applying it here is part of your experience. As I stated unless you are unconscious then all procedures and medications have to get your approval. If unconscious then they will stabilize first. You feel like that was a bad experience because you compare it to what YOU expected and not what the hospital procedures are here.

If I had been in your situation I would have asked if their clinic offered an alternative treatment plan. If they did not then thank them and leave.

the hospitals get your ok on the price of procedures and medicines for your own benefit so you can approve up front. They don’t provide those items to scam you. There is no surprise billing with the clinics and hospitals because you see everything and approve everything before it happens. Unless you are unconscious then they provide care to stabilize.
