I totally understand you, yes it can take a few months to deal with, just tell her you are not prepared to divorce her and that you still have strong feeling for her ask to go away with you somewhere where you can spend quality time together

I don't think she needs to go to court she can just go to where you got your marriage license and tell them she wants a divorce but you also need to sign the paper work
