Yes to both mate, the first one they just want to see that you won't be working or flouting local employment laws so what you said would work and for the second one just create a portfolio with links to your various social media pages on it and i fancy you'll be all good. If they want anything beyond what we've said here from what they've requested, that will be easier enough too as they should clarify further anyway so no problem.

You should be able to get a statement from a specific day, if you're going in Monday they should be able to do for you even if for some reason you can't get it online..👍
