How can I withdraw cash at a Krungsri bank in Thailand without ATM fees?

If u have a Charles Schwab account there isn’t any international transaction fees and all ATM charges are refunded at end of month. And a ATM withdrawal comes at the posted “TT Rate” which is very close to the SuperRich Headquarter rate which is really good.
