 yes any pension will be classed as taxable income eventually. My post has 3 parts to it.

 ok. We didn't have an agent on the 1st and 3rd time and its good. We had an agent on the house in Ekamai and we ate together. Lek was a good agent and we're still great friends. Even the owners lived opposite us and lovely people. Still catchup with them too.

 yeh thats steep ours are ฿200 per day. If you haven't signed maybe explain to them your money comes in on a certain date and have them adjusted the contract or ask them to strike out the clause. Unfortunately a few farangs do a runner and spot it for us good ones
