Racism for one. colonialism is the other. White faces are valued while colored ones aren't. If a color person can speak English, then there must be something wrong with it.
my understanding is that even for visa exempt, I still need the approval to enter country. Supposedly, the evisa is to shorten the immigration lines at the airport
