You need 2 bank accounts, put 800k in one before your renewal date, do your visa with an agent as normal using the other account, next time 1year forward use the other account at immigration with the 800k in it, you will qualify.

Caroline Jones I got a full 1year extension, and transferred the remaining time to my new passport when it arrived, my passport had a full page stamp with the details and a new stamp with the expiry date, I can show the details, i think others have been told rubbish

I renewed mine I got 12 months, then when my new passport arrived I got the retirement permit transferred at no charge

Yes is the short answer, you can be co-owner of a property and be on the ownership document

If you keep some property in the UK, you will have a UK address, and keep a UK bank account to have your pension paid into.

David Holst There is no upside or downside if you are a tourist, won't make any difference, you will still get 30 day extension, so 60 day max
