Just a date is fine as long as that entire day is within the 72 hours.

yes I’m here as well. I did not take my test within 72 hours of flight. But I’m not going to argue about it.

why are you so strongly giving false information? This isn’t something that is in question. It starts from when the results are issued. And what in the world does showing your negative test have to do with anything?

All application of SETV currently begins with applying through DC.

You first apply through DC embassy online. Then LA is supposed to email you and tell you to send in the hard copies. After 5 days they hadn’t emailed so I called and they said to send it in immediately. I overnighted to them using FedEx and included return overnight package for them to send back. Had my visa and COE within a week. This was about 45 days ago. No idea what current timeline is.
