I’ve seen some horror stories about this. People having to get issued new COE’s, as a result the fit to fly’s and covid tests expiring while being stuck in the airport, spending days in the connecting airport while trying to figure it all out.
lots of things don’t make sense. It is what it is. The rules are the rules. Not that it matters but I took my test about 100 hours before my flight. Almost surely, there was another reason he was denied. Like his test not specifying RTPCR
