Anybody applied for single entry tourist visa through LA consulate and willing to share how long it took for each step of the process?

Also, anybody stayed in Indra Regent for the ASQ and willing to share their experience?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the timeline for applying for a single-entry tourist visa through the LA consulate and shared a request for experiences related to staying at Indra Regent for ASQ. In comments, another user detailed their process of applying online through the DC embassy and sending hard copies to LA consulate, receiving their visa within a week. They also clarified that applications should be sent to the nearest embassy rather than through DC.

You apply at the Embassy nearest you, not everything goes through DC..

All application of SETV currently begins with applying through DC.

You first apply through DC embassy online. Then LA is supposed to email you and tell you to send in the hard copies. After 5 days they hadn’t emailed so I called and they said to send it in immediately. I overnighted to them using FedEx and included return overnight package for them to send back. Had my visa and COE within a week. This was about 45 days ago. No idea what current timeline is.
