umm .. sorry to tell you this, but they brought that rule in a number of years ago .. I remember being made aware at the Thai/Laos border by immigration about 3 years before covid ... It is listed on websites, it's the law .. 2 border crossing by land or sea per calendar year, but no limit on flights ... It was a direct shot at the border bouncing industry and people that used it ... Look it up on google, or try Thai immigration ðð
A great way would be to invest outside of Thailand and have dividends or profits directed to your Thai bank account . If the bank employees don't steal the money then that is a pretty safe way to invest in Thailand ....
is it jealousy or just the truth ... Looks like a lovely house but it's not currently suited to the wet days .... Many ways to fix it to your needs, but you must admit it does look like a little moat in the picture ... It wouldn't matter if you have a thousand hectares with a jungle and river running through it, it still looks like a moat around the house ð ð
yes, but it is a special fee service, they take you to another room to collect the fee, then they listen and tell you "ahh .. misunderstanding, everything ok now". Then send you on your way ðĪŠ
is it an unintelligent response ? .. it appears accurate and is worded based on how you asked your question ... I think it's quite accurate especially based on the way Centrelink acts completely devoid of any human emotion or compassion and are disinterested in personal circumstances ... That's my take on it
6 months multiple entry tourist visa, on that visa you have to leave Thailand every 60 or 90 days and you get another 60 or 90 days of valid stay up on returning before your visa expires (dependant on which country your passport comes from) ... I am from Australia so I had to leave every 60 days but got 60 days stay up on re-entry. The trick is to time your last leaving of Thailand to return just before your visa expires. I would return the day before the visa expires and it would then give me and extra 60 days even after the visa expires. This effectively turns a 6 month Visa into an 8 month Visa. I think other select countries can do the same but on the 90 day cycle, effectively turning a 6 month Visa into a 9 month Visa. At the end of the last stamp you need to leave Thailand again .... I was returning to Australia and would apply for a new multiple entry tourist visa and start process again .. when I no longer returned to Australia I went to Laos and then to cambodia and obtained similar Visa's that way. I hope that makes sense about multiple entry tourist visa's ..
