just relaying what a friend told me, he’s done it many times but I guess the covid bs hinders it.

Go Thai embassy in Cambodia (they Issan, can’t remember the name of town/city) little kickback of cash and they’ll do it for you. No 400k required

really, I’m fed up with people here asking dumb questions that can easily be resolved with either 5 mins of serious thought or 2 mins on Google.
