so i think I would be better having a seperate bank account with 400,000 and just leaving it year after year for my visa. Thankyou for that info.

I just have done and they gave me the list. But I'm home now and didn't ask where to obtain TM7 form or what sort of photos with wife are acceptable. ?

Am I Covered by the Amnesty If I Can't Extend My Marriage-Based Visa?

I'm also on 60 day extension based on marriage ending mid May. My 12 month visa based on marriage finished March. Am I covered when new amnesty kicks in please.
