I requested Bangkok bank to issue the letter to confirm I have over 400k in the account for over 2 months for my Non O extension of stay. They gave me this letter below which I don't believe mentions 2 months. Is this the correct letter? If not then does someone have a sample of a Bangkok Bank letter required because they said this is the only letter they issue. At Chaeng Wattana, is there a Bangkok Bank downstairs that issues the correct letter?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user sought clarification about the type of bank letter needed for a Non-O visa extension in Thailand, specifically regarding proof that 400k THB has been in their account for two months. Commenters clarified that the standard letter from the bank does not mention a two-month period. Instead, it's crucial to have a recent (ideally same-day) bank book update and a detailed transaction history for at least six months. This showing is necessary for immigration purposes. It's suggested to get the bank letter the day before the application and to update the bank book on the day of the application, confirming that a transaction must take place to ensure it reflects the current balance.
