Im asking on behalf of a good friend of mine. For the past 7 years he has been getting a 12 month non O visa through an agent as he hasnt the required funds. He sold his house 7 years ago and rents a place, but has been using the yellow book and address from his previous house to get his visa, so immigration assumes he still lives there. He now wants to do the TM30 form and start using his present rented address to put things right, but doesnt want to open a can of worms ! He lives Udon Thani like me and the TM30 form seems unimportant to immigration here. Should he go to immigration and see what they say or just carry on as he is and wait till something happens. ? His old address is in Pattaya.
